These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Pibo Lumic ("Pibo Lumic", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using Pibo Lumic, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Pibo Lumic provides tools for creating, managing, processing, and publishing short-form video content to supported social media services.
Features may include:
- video generation and processing;
- creation of social media metadata;
- scheduling or initiating publication;
- publishing videos or posts to connected accounts;
- monitoring publication and processing status;
- managing publication identifiers and links.
Features may change over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and must meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the services you use.
If you use Pibo Lumic on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Connected Accounts
Pibo Lumic may allow you to connect accounts from services such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other third-party platforms.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- you own or are authorized to manage the connected account;
- you have permission to publish content to that account;
- your use complies with the connected platform's terms and policies.
You may revoke Pibo Lumic's access through the applicable third-party platform where supported.
4. Authorization to Publish
When you authorize a social media account and request publication, you authorize Pibo Lumic to perform the API actions necessary to complete that request.
This may include:
- uploading media;
- creating media containers or upload sessions;
- publishing posts or videos;
- checking processing status;
- retrieving publication identifiers and links.
Pibo Lumic will not intentionally publish to an account that has not been authorized for use with the service.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you provide or create through Pibo Lumic, subject to any rights applicable to third-party materials used in that content.
You grant Pibo Lumic a limited license to host, process, copy, transform, transmit, and deliver your content only as necessary to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate:
- copyright or trademark rights;
- privacy or publicity rights;
- applicable laws;
- the policies of connected social media platforms.
6. Community Ideas & Video Rights
Visitors may optionally submit educational video ideas through the Pibo Lumic community form. Nicknames are optional. Public credit in video descriptions requires separate explicit consent.
By submitting an idea, you authorize Pibo Lumic to review, translate, adapt, combine, or reject your suggestion. Submission does not guarantee publication or payment.
If you opt in to attribution, your approved nickname may appear in descriptions on connected publishing platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok). Removing attribution from every external copy after publication may be difficult or incomplete.
Please do not submit real names or other identifying information; use a nickname instead.

7. Prohibited Use
You may not use Pibo Lumic to:
- publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive content;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- distribute malware or malicious software;
- interfere with the operation or security of the service;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or credentials;
- misuse third-party platform APIs;
- circumvent platform restrictions or access controls.
7. Third-Party Services
Pibo Lumic depends on third-party services and APIs.
These services may change, suspend, restrict, reject, delay, remove, or otherwise affect content or integrations without control by Pibo Lumic.
We do not guarantee that any third-party platform will:
- accept a publication;
- publish content immediately;
- keep content available;
- preserve a specific feature or API;
- provide uninterrupted access.
Use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Automated Publishing
Pibo Lumic may offer automated publishing features.
Users are responsible for configuring these features and verifying that automated publication is appropriate for their accounts.
Where possible, Pibo Lumic uses safeguards intended to prevent accidental duplicate publication. However, network failures, third-party API behavior, or other technical conditions may result in delayed, failed, or uncertain publication states.
9. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Pibo Lumic at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.
Maintenance, third-party outages, API changes, infrastructure problems, or other events may affect availability.
10. Intellectual Property
Pibo Lumic software, branding, design, and other materials provided by us are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to users.
11. Disclaimer
Pibo Lumic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee specific audience reach, views, engagement, revenue, or social media performance.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pibo Lumic and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
This includes losses resulting from:
- failed or delayed publication;
- account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms;
- deletion or removal of content;
- loss of data;
- service interruptions;
- unauthorized use caused by compromised user credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Termination
You may stop using Pibo Lumic at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary due to:
- violation of these Terms;
- unlawful activity;
- security risks;
- misuse of third-party integrations;
- legal or regulatory requirements.
Termination does not automatically remove content already published to third-party platforms.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued use of Pibo Lumic after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Portugal and, where applicable, European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
