Pibo Lumic ("Pibo Lumic", "we", "us", or "our") provides tools that help users create, manage, and publish short-form video content to connected social media accounts.

2. Community idea submissions

When you submit a community idea, we may store your question text, optional nickname, attribution consent choice, a hashed tracking token, hashed visitor and IP identifiers for abuse prevention, and the Terms version you accepted.

We do not require an account or email for community submissions. Moderation may use automated tools; unsafe content is rejected.

3. How We Use Information

• provide and operate Pibo Lumic;
• authenticate users and connected accounts;
• create and publish content requested by users;
• check publishing and processing status;
• display publication history and remote media identifiers;
• prevent duplicate or unauthorized publishing;

3. Social Media Integrations

Pibo Lumic may connect to third-party services including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other supported platforms.

When a user connects an account, Pibo Lumic accesses only the permissions authorized by that user and uses them to provide the requested functionality.

For example, when a user authorizes TikTok publishing, Pibo Lumic may use the permissions granted by TikTok to identify the connected TikTok account and publish content requested by the user.

The use of information received from third-party platforms is also subject to the applicable platform's developer terms, policies, and user privacy settings.

Third-party platforms operate independently from Pibo Lumic. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Access Tokens and Credentials

Access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, and similar credentials are treated as sensitive information.

Pibo Lumic uses these credentials only for authorized API access and does not intentionally expose them in normal application interfaces, public pages, or publication metadata.

Credentials may be stored securely when necessary to maintain an authorized connection.

5. Data Sharing

We may share information only when necessary:

• with social media platforms when performing actions requested by the user;
• with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, or maintain Pibo Lumic;
